We renovated and refurbished our new offices, and at the last minute, decided we wanted a high spec audio system installed. I visited their showroom on the a Thursday morning where the showroom staff demonstrated some of their impressive kit. We signed off on a Bose Audio system. Due to the ultra-tight timescales Paul and his team attended our offices personally on the Sunday (3 days later!), installed and configured all the speakers and amps (cabling to our specific requirements), setup on our network and showed us how to control the system - everything was up and working without a glitch ready for Monday’s grand opening. Perfect."
When redecorating our lounge, they provided support in planning the installation which involved the cabling into the walls before they were plastered, but also they went the extra mile. Even though they didn't supply our TV they helped us install cables connecting the TV directly to our router so that we didn't suffer the dreaded buffering from a wifi connection, and helped sort out the wifi issues we initially had with our Bose Soundlink system.
Installation was smooth and efficient making sure the system was set up making it simple and easy to use. Their after sales service is second to done, we have used them for over 20 years in the knowledge that if we do encounter any issues, they are only a phone call away and nothing is too much trouble. "

Came out and assessed our needs, installed the equipment around class times and actually stuck his phone number to the equipment so we can contact him at anytime. To top that off our situation changed and he did some research and came back to the studio and sorted everything out for us as part of his "after sales service"."
